Won't stop delivery of paper

Suburban Life in Riverside, IL won't stop delivering a free paper to my doorstoop every week despite pleas not to because they are causing damage to my flower beds with their paper when they throw it. I have asked them 4 times to stop and they never do. They do not care about concerned citizens. 10 neighbors of mine have complained also to no avail. They don't care that someone is not home and the paper piles up even though it was never even ordered. Invitation for burglars is what they are doing. The paper *** also. Bad
